全国香料香精工业信息中心是隶属于国家轻工业协会联合会的行业信息中心，设于上海香料研究所信息部。定期出版行业专业刊物《香料香精化妆品》（双月刊）和内部资料刊物《国内外香料香精化妆品信息》(月刊)，不定期出版专业资料书籍，如《英汉香料香精技术词汇》、《全国香料香精产品目录》、《美国调香师对若干香料的评价》等。本中心拥有行业专业化
大型图书资料库，包括全套《美国化学文摘》、几十种专业期刊以及多名长期从事本行业工作的专家、学者和技术人员，常年承接行业各项咨询任务。另外，本中心还组织函授、面授学习班，并可开展推广协调会议、展务活动、组织对外考察等工作。面向整个行业，涉足相关领域，全方位地为香料香精行业服务。
《国内外香料香精化妆品信息》(月刊)每年十二期，报道CA文摘中有关香料香精化妆品主题的题录和文摘、国际香料市场简讯、国际经贸、工厂动态、科技动态、国内香料化妆品原料等内容。凡订户均可优惠在刊物登载产品目录的文字广告。

The National Information Center of Fragrance &
Flavor Industry (NICFFI) directly under the Union of Associations
for National Light Industry is a professional information
center. There are series issues published by NICFFI regularly
which include: FLAVOUR FRAGRANCE COSMETICS (FFC)，The
Abroad and Domestic Information of Fragrance Flavor and
Cosmetic (ADIFFC). We also published a few of technical
materials, such as, The English Chinese Technical Dictionary
of Flavor and Fragrance, The National Products Catalogue
of Flavor and Fragrance, The Organoleptic Characteristics
of Some Flavor Materials by American Flavorists, etc.
We own a specialized library which collects the most
satisfactory variety of books and magazines about flavor,
fragrance & cosmetics and a complete set of Chemical
Abstract (CA), a number of professors, engineers and experts
who have worked at the F&F Industry for long time.
We provide the consultation service for F&F Industry.
Otherwise, we also form professional education, seminars,
meetings lectures and exhibition which face all areas
in F&F industry.
